Alkeemia s.r.l is one of the leading European producers of hydrofluoric acid and fluorinated derivatives. Since 2021, it has been part of the investment company Blantyre Capital Limited, which acquired the company from Floursid. Through its facilities in Porto Marghera (Venice) and Frankfurt, the company supplies its products to numerous businesses operating in a wide variety of sectors.
Client Challenge
Alkeemia is a significant player in the fluorine derivatives sector and is developing an ambitious growth project aimed at strengthening its leadership position in the market and seizing the great opportunities generated by the transition to electric mobility, which creates a growing demand for products such as lithium salts. Given the strong relevance of sustainability aspects in a sector like the chemical industry, the company has asked for IMPACTAGE's support to enhance what has already been achieved and define an appropriate intervention strategy aligned with global best practices that can accompany the development process underway.
